Honours Board

Ballon d'Or The player who tops the rankings on the day of the Christmas Social.
Golden Boot The attacker or attacking midfielder who has scored the highest average goals per week.
Midfield Maestro The midfielder with the biggest difference between average team goals scored and conceded. Personal goals scored count double, and a clean sheet counts as 3 extra.
Brick Wall The defender or goal keeper who has conceded the fewest average goals per week.
Players Player Determined by a vote. It's up to you how you define this award - it could be who you enjoy playing with the most, who you think is the most under-rated, who you think puts in the most effort etc.
Two Left Feet For the comedy moment of the year including spectacular misses, world class own goals, impressive stumbles, unlikely excuses or remarkable hangovers. Report any here.

Game History

  • 2016: Alexis started the game on grass in Chelsfield Park for local residents. The slightly sloping pitch was great in summer, but a bit muddy in the winter.
  • 2017: Van took over the organisation and put the game up on footyaddicts.com which helped greatly with turnouts.
  • 2020: Mark took over. After a trial at the Harris Academy, we decided an astroturf pitch and real goals made for a better game so we permanently moved. As numbers have increased we've expanded to 3 pitches and 6 teams.
Since we started, we have played approximately 13,194 man-hours of football !
